I love your approach. I have occasionally, on my darkest days, gone on following sprees and sat back and watched my follower count rise (in my defense I don’t follow indiscriminately, I target people who I actually think might be interested in what I write) but still I always end up feeling dirty afterwards 😆 It feels good to watch that follower number tick higher but it rarely results in actual engaged readers.

Having said that I’d gladly take some of your followers off you— I don’t have any donuts on me at the moment, but perhaps you’d consider a hobnob? 🍪
